The ASN Self-Advocate Advisory Council will draw a raffle winner at 2 p.m. on Leap Day, February 29, 2024. The winner of the raffle will receive half of the amount of money raised through the sale of raffle tickets, and the other half of the money will go directly to the ASN Advocate Advisory Council for their activities and initiatives.
